Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Rolls

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll or other laminated dough
  • 2 tsp honey mustard
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 6-8 slices swiss cheese
  • 6-8 slices Garrett Valley Farms Sliced Deli Black Forest Ham
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts sliced thin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray a pie tin, 9" round cake pan, or 9" square baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
  • Unroll tube of crescent rolls into long rectangle. Pinch any perforations together with your fingers.
  • Spread honey mustard carefully over dough.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and herbs de Provence over dough.
  • Lay swiss cheese slices over dough end to end, with minimal overlapping.
  • Lay ham slices over the cheese, edge to edge, with minimal overlapping.
  • Place chicken slices on top of the end along the middle of the dough, going from one end to the other, lengthwise.
  • Carefully roll the dough up like a cinnamon roll, lengthwise, so there is a long roll. Then cut into about 10 rolls.
  • Place in a round pan, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  • Serve warm, with additional honey mustard, if desired, for dipping.
