Bacon-Crust Ham Spinach Pizza

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball of pizza dough your favorite homemade recipe or pre-made frozen version
  • 1 bag Garrett Valley Farms Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped Garrett Valley Farms Sliced Deli Ham

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Grease your pizza pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Flour your hands and stretch the pizza dough into the desired size and shape for your pizza pan. Punch down any odd lumps.
  • Pour pack of bacon bits on top of the pizza dough. Press bacon bits into the dough. Roll the dough back into a ball, and repeat the stretching process on the pizza pan.
  • Top dough with pizza sauce, cheese, spinach, and ham.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Slice into eighths and serve!
