Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 package your favorite Garrett Valley Farms Bacon
  • 1/2 package shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet with oil or cooking spray.
  • Cook bacon according to package instructions. Chop bacon into small pieces and set aside.
  • Stretch and press dough into a 15x10x1 baking pan. Brush with half of your olive oil. Prick thoroughly with a fork.
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 7 minutes.
  • While crust is baking, scramble the eggs: whisk together eggs and milk. Warm remaining oil over medium heat. Add eggs, cooking until thickened and no liquid egg is left. Spoon the eggs over the lightly browned crust.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and bacon crumbles over eggs. Return to oven and bake until the cheese is melty, about 5 minutes.
