Kielbasa Cabbage Biscuit Bombs

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
Servings 12 bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Garrett Valley Farms Kielbasa sliced on diagonal into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 tube flaky biscuit dough
  • 1 package sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp your favorite "everything but the bagel" seasoning blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray, set aside.
  • Divide biscuits in half (cut if you can't separate easily). Flatten each biscuit half into a 4-inch round.
  • Place 1 1/2 tsp cheese, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1 1/2 tsp sauerkraut, 1/4 tsp diced onion, and kielbasa into center of biscuit round. Place ingredients in the order listed.
  • Wrap biscuit dough around kielbasa and sauerkraut. Press the edges together to seal the dough. Place in muffin tin with seam side down.
  • Whisk egg in small bowl and brush over each biscuit. Sprinkle seasoning blend over biscuits.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
