Pepperoni Roll Ups

Pepperoni Roll Ups

Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • 1 package Garrett Valley Farms Pepperoni
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Separate the dough into triangles. Stretch the dough a little bit with your fingers.
  • Place 2-4 slices of pepperoni, overlapped, at the base (short side) of the triangle. Top with cheese.
  • Form the crescent by rolling up the dough, starting at the base and rolling carefully to the opposite point. Bend the edges slightly to form a curve.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until the dough is brown and the cheese is melty.
  • Serve warm with heated pizza sauce for dipping.
