When most people think about dessert, they usually don’t picture meat in the mix. Dessert is sweet. It’s creamy, or decadent, or rich. Dessert means cake and cookies, ice cream and candy. Chocolate in particular is something a lot of desserts involve in some form. But bacon? Not so much. However, just because it’s not your first thought, doesn’t mean it’s not seriously delicious! A lot of us love chocolate covered strawberries. We also love bacon. It’s time these two favorites came together! Introducing Bacon Wrapped Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate!

Trust us, this is the dessert you’ve been waiting for. Your family will love this new twist on something you already love. Don’t take our word for it though. It’s time to gather your family and your favorite Garrett Valley Farms bacon. Try it for yourselves!

Recipe Tips:

We used milk chocolate chips in our recipe. Feel free to switch it up a bit. Try white chocolate, or dark chocolate, or even semi-sweet!
