Ham and Peach Panini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices your choice of bread
  • Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz thinly sliced brie
  • 3 slices Garrett Valley Farms Sliced Black Forest Ham
  • 1 thinly sliced peach
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Spread mustard on bread slices. Layer cheese, ham, and peaches on top. Add remaining bread slice.
  • Brush bread slices with olive oil. Grill sandwich in a panini press until golden brown and melted. You can also use a non stick pan and cook sandwich on each side.
