Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Gather spears, 2 to 4 together depending on how thick they are, and hold them together in a single bundle. Wrap bacon around the middle of each bundle, overlapping the ends so they won't unravel.
Place the bundles on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Baking in the oven until the bacon is crisp and the asparagus is tender, about 25 to 28 minutes, depending how you like your bacon.
