Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Asparagus and bacon side dish that's sure to please!

Ingredients
  

  • asparagus spears trimmed
  • Garrett Valley Farms Organic Classic Dry Rubbed Bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Gather spears, 2 to 4 together depending on how thick they are, and hold them together in a single bundle. Wrap bacon around the middle of each bundle, overlapping the ends so they won't unravel.
  • Place the bundles on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Baking in the oven until the bacon is crisp and the asparagus is tender, about 25 to 28 minutes, depending how you like your bacon.
