Bacon Wrapped Caramel Apple Slices
A sweet new way to eat apples!

- apples peeled and sliced
- your favorite Garret Valley Farms Bacon sliced in half
For Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place a wire rack in a rimmed baking sheet (line your baking sheet with foil to make clean up easier.
Wrap each peeled apple slice in a half slice of bacon. Place on the wire rack so that the ends of the bacon slice are on the bottom (this stops them from unraveling while cooking).
Bake for 15 minutes.
While cooking the bacon, add brown sugar, butter, and milk to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
Drizzle caramel sauce over bacon wrapped apple slices.
