Bacon Potato Wedges
Potato finger food everyone will love!

Cook Time 40 minutes mins
- 4 baking potatoes sliced
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- shredded cheddar cheese
- Garrett Valley Farms Bacon Bits
- sour cream optional
- chives optional
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place sliced potatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip over each potato slice, and then cook for another 15 minutes. Continue cooking and flipping until potatoes are browned and crispy around the edges.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon bits on each potato slice. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add sour cream and chives if desired.
