Bacon Potato Wedges

Potato finger food everyone will love!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 baking potatoes sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garrett Valley Farms Bacon Bits
  • sour cream optional
  • chives optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place sliced potatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
  • Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, flip over each potato slice, and then cook for another 15 minutes. Continue cooking and flipping until potatoes are browned and crispy around the edges.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon bits on each potato slice. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Add sour cream and chives if desired.
