Mix dry ingredients together - flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda - together in a large mixing bowl. Then stir cheddar cheese into dry mixture.
Add yogurt, eggs, and butter into the flour mixture. Stir until combined.
Finally add in bacon bits and mix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges start browning.
