Bacon Cheese Quesadillas

Quesadillas made from the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients
  

  • butter
  • flour tortillas
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of your favorite Garrett Valley Farms bacon cooked and chopped
  • black beans drained

Instructions
 

  • On a large non-stick pan, cut a small piece of butter (about an inch) and put in pan. Melt over medium-low heat.
  • Once melted, place a large flour tortilla flat on the pan.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the entire tortilla.
  • Once the cheese starts to melt, add bacon and black beans to half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to for a half circle.
  • After the bottom of the tortilla starts browning, flip over. Remove from the pan once tortilla is crispy on both sides.
  • Cut into triangles and serve!
