We start with pork belly that’s humanely raised, fed an all-vegetarian diet, and never given antibiotics. Then it’s dry rubbed with sea salt and spices to bring out its genuine flavor. Never pumped with water, so what you see is what you get.

I enjoy bacon more than most and I find myself being particular about brands, etc. My favorite is Garrett Valley Farms Sugar-Free Dry Rubbed Bacon. which I can purchase at my nearby Sprouts Market. I cook this delicious bacon in the microwave between paper towels one minute per slice. If you like crispy fresh-tasting bacon with most of the fat absorbed try my method. My strong opinion is that you will not regret it and that you will find yourself doing it over and over.
